Q) Do you ship internationally?

A) No, not from this site. However, if you visit our international site adventure-spec.com we ship everywhere!

 

Q) Do you have a physical store that I can visit?

A) Not at our Adventure Spec LLC Address in Colorado, however we do have a few dealers in the USA. RIng us to find out if we have a local supplier to you.

 

Q) When will you take the money for my purchase?

A) We don’t believe in taking your money until your product is leaving our warehouse. You will see us ‘Authorise’ a transaction on your payment method when you place your order, but no money will be removed until we ship your product.

 

Q) Is my credit card information safe online?

A) Yes. We don’t store any of your payment details on our systems. All of the super secure stuff is looked after by our Payment Gateway provider ‘PAYPALl’…and they know what they are doing!

 

Q) Can I pay with a bank transfer or AMEX card?

A) Adventure Spec LLC accepts PAYPAL, VISA and MASTERCARD payments only.

 

Q) Is the stock information shown on the website correct?

A) Our stock information is live. This means that if we say it is in stock then we have it sitting in Colorado waiting for your order. If we say it will take 7 days to deliver then the item is almost certainly in our UK warehouse and will be shipped out in our weekly UK to USA restock. As soon as it arrives in the USA we will dispatch it directly to you. Anything longer than 7 days and we are estimating a delivery date from a supplier as best we can…if you need anything urgently or for a specific date specific please call us and we’ll do whatever we can to help.

 

Q) How can I be sure the sizing is correct on your sizing charts?

A) Our sizing charts are as accurate as we can make them and each sizing chart is specific to the particular product shown. You should measure around anything else you might want to wear beneath your chosen product to size correctly (particularly body armour!). If you’re not sure about sizing or would like some advice…then give us a call!

 

Q) What if my item doesn’t fit.

A) Take a look at our Returns Policy, we know that we don’t always get sizing right because we’re all different shapes. We’ll do everything we can to help get you fixed up, including paying for any postage to return any items to you if you want to swap sizes.
