DELIVERIES & SHIPPING

All packages will be sent using a UPS or USPS tracked mail/package service from our US warehouse in Colorado Springs. We have a $9.99 fixed cost shipping service for all orders regardless of size shipped within the contiguous 48 US states. If you’d like to ship outside that area, please give us a call.

Stock information on the webshop is live and if it says the item is in stock then that means it is in our warehouse in Colorado ready to dispatch. A longer delay such as ‘Shipped in 5-7 days’ usually means we have it in our UK warehouse, which refills our US warehouse weekly.

In case you need something fast and we don’t have it in the USA, call us. Occasionally packages may be dispatched from our UK warehouse using an international UK DHL account, but any package sent in this way will be sent with all taxes and duties paid so that the price you see on the US website will be the price you pay for your items delivered to your door. In many cases this service is faster than internal US post…nope, we don’t get that either?!

 

Backorders

Any item that has a delivery date shown as a longer than 5-7 days is showing the expected delivery date of a batch of products from one of our suppliers. This should be taken as an indicative delivery date only, but you can still place an order for these products and they will be dispatched to you as soon as they arrive with us.

Any item marked as ‘Out of Stock’ has no expected delivery date and cannot be ordered.

 

Damaged Items

If you are unlucky enough to receive any damaged items please let us know as soon as possible. If you can please take any pictures of the damage and of the packaging as the item arrived with you. All damaged item claims are dealt with through our shipping carriers UPS and USPS. We will do our best to help you with your claim. You may need to be patient with this, unfortunately claims can sometimes take to longer resolve than any of us would like.
